The closest airport is Kerry Airport which is 17km from Killarney. A taxi service operates from the airport, as well as buses and trains into Killarney from Kerry Airport (Farranfore).

You can also get to Killarney from to Cork Airport (88km from Killarney), Shannon Airport (134km from Killarney) and Dublin Airport (300km from Killarney).

All airports run regular flights to and from London, the rest of the UK and Europe.

The nearest ferry port to Killarney is at the Port of Cork (approx 90km from Killarney).

Ferries also come into Rosslare (approx 250km from Killarney).

Regular ferry services run to and from the UK, France and Spain.
