Do I have to be a pro-cyclist to take part?
You don't have to be a pro-cyclist to take part in L'Etape Ireland.
We encourage everyone of all levels of fitness and cycling experience to take part, although due to the length of the courses and eleveations we highly recommend you follow a training programme in the lead up to the event.

L'Étape Ireland is a cycle for everyone. You don't have to be a pro-cyclist to take part, or even soeon ewho has a lot of cycling experience. L'Étape Ireland is for everyone who loves cycling. Race it, take on the King & Queen of the Mountain challenges, or go at your own pace and stop to admire the breathtaking scenery around every corner.
